General data processing information

Data concerned

Personal data is only collected if you provide it to us voluntarily. No other personal data is collected. Any processing of your personal data that goes beyond the scope of legal authorisation will only take place on the basis of your express consent.
Purpose of processing: Contract fulfilment.

Categories of recipients:

• Public authorities in the event of overriding legal provisions.
• External service providers or other contractors.
• Other external bodies if the data subject has given their consent or transmission is permitted due to overriding interests.

Third country transfers: Processors outside the European Union may also be used within the scope of contract fulfilment.

Duration of data storage: The duration of data storage depends on the statutory retention obligati- ons and is generally 10 years.

Processing of communication data

Each time a user accesses a page from the R4Y/YR website and each time a file is retrieved, access data about this process is stored in a log file on our server.

Each data set consists of:

• the page from which the file was requested (so-called referrer URL) • the name of the file
• the date and time of the request (so-called „time stamp“)
• the amount of data transferred

• the access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.)
• a description of the type of Internet viewing programme used (e.g. Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome

or Microsoft Internet Explorer, Apple Safari, Opera, etc.) • a cookie (optional)

We store IP addresses in server log files for a period of one week. The storage takes place for reasons of data security in order to ensure the stability and operational security of our website. The legal basis for this is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter c GDPR.

Processing of content data

If it is possible to enter personal or business data (e-mail addresses, names, addresses) within the website, for example via our contact form, the user will disclose this data on an expressly voluntary basis in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph. 1 lit. a GDPR or on the basis of the contractual relation- ship in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR. Here too, your data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties without your consent. There is also no link to the above- mentioned communication data.
