Can I smoke in the flats and rooms?

All our rooms and flats are subject to house rules, which contain special guidelines.
Smoking is generally not permitted indoors – with the exception of flats with balconies, where smoking is permitted. If this rule is not followed, a cleaning fee of 150 euros will be charged.

Am I allowed to have parties in the flats and rooms?

Out of consideration for the neighbourhood, parties are generally not allowed.

How does waste separation work in Germany?

In Germany, waste is separated by using special coloured bins for different types of waste.
